3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible (e.g., cash on delivery), we will arrange an alternative method.
4. Exchanges
