- Cash on Delivery (COD) within eligible delivery areas in Myanmar
- Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of receiving your order.
- Ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive and pay for the delivery.
- Failure to accept or pay for a COD order without a valid reason may result in your account being restricted or future COD orders being refused.
- Refunds for COD orders (in case of valid returns or cancellations) will be issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet or store credit, as specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver within Myanmar and may offer international shipping in the future. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. ThankYouBUY is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, or other external factors.
6. Returns and refunds
